We service what we sell.

We are authorized to service Proform, Icon, Weslo Cadence, Nordic Trak, Healthrider, Schwinn, Trimline, Wynne, Tunturi, Lifespan, EVO, and Infiniti.

We can service most other brands of treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, stair climbers and rowers.

We will help you get parts for almost any piece of fitness equipment including home gyms.

Rate is $60 per hour, with a minimum charge of $60 for the first ˝ hour. Extra time is done in 1/2 hr increments.

Travel time is extra outside of the greater Nanaimo area, which includes Lantzville to Cedar. Call us for travel rates to your home.

We do service from Campbell River to Duncan and to Port Alberni.

We guarantee our work for 90 days against the same defect.

Written estimates can be provided if necessary.

Service for products outside the above area will be done, but the product must be delivered to 319-A Selby St. and the cost of shipping in both directions is the responsibility of the owner. We have excellent rates to outlying areas. Call us.

Check your owner's manual to find what is covered under warranty before you call us. We require Make, Model, Serial Number and if it is under warranty, a copy of the bill of sale. These will make it easier for us to get parts and warranty information.

We will give suggestions for maintenance and how to make minor repairs on the phone.

If we can't fix it, we'll try and get you a phone number where you can get help.
